At Local Harvest Market, we are honored to begin serving families in the Reno, Nevada area through our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) memberships. This isn’t just a business launch — it’s the beginning of a relationship between our farm and your table.

We believe food should nourish deeply — not only filling stomachs, but restoring soil, strengthening bodies, and connecting neighbors.

A Return to Regenerative Agriculture

Our farm is built on regenerative, organic farming practices. That means we work with the land — not against it. We focus on building healthy soil rich in nitrogen, minerals, and microbial life. Healthy soil grows resilient plants. Resilient plants nourish healthy animals. And healthy animals produce deeply nourishing food for you and your family.

We don’t rely on synthetic fertilizers, chemical herbicides, or shortcuts. Instead, we use rotational grazing, composting, natural soil-building practices, and thoughtful stewardship of the land. Our goal is simple: leave the soil better than we found it.

Protein Raised with Purpose

We are proud to offer Protein Boxes featuring:

• Pasture-raised chickens and turkeys fed a soy-free, corn-free diet

• 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef

• Pork from pigs that truly “live high on the hog”

Our animals are raised outdoors, in fresh air and sunshine, allowed to express their natural behaviors. Their diets and living conditions are carefully chosen to produce clean, nutrient-dense protein you can trust.

Produce Grown with Care

Our Produce Boxes feature a seasonal assortment of vegetables grown using organic, regenerative practices. From vibrant greens to hearty root crops, everything we grow is cultivated with soil health in mind.

When you open your box, you’re not just receiving vegetables — you’re receiving food grown with intention.

Our CSA membership model connects you directly to the farm. When you join Local Harvest Market, you become part of our farming season. Your membership supports planting, growing, and raising food from the very beginning.

In return, you receive weekly or biweekly boxes of fresh produce and/or high-quality protein — along with the peace of mind that comes from knowing exactly how your food was raised.
